This accommodation was in the central location to the DART station. We had a reasonably large and extremely pleasant room with spacious bathroom, that's big plus. The staff were best, competent.

Very efficient staff and the location was peaceful and ideal. Comfortable beds, room was a nice size and well-equipped.

I can't wait to come back thanks to suburban location. Fairly clean and delightful place, has lovely views of the garden. Staff is great and informative and you can park your car on-site. All in all they offer exceptional service.

The breakfast is good hot and varied, and the location is easy very close to train station, pubs in Sandymount and the frequent local trains. Fabulously helpful and patient staff as one would expect.

The hotel was situated in the central location to the Sydney Parade DART station. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Blackjack Beers. The staff were absolutely courteous, the breakfast we had was savoury and delicious with home baked brown bread.

Recommend for early morning flight. All is very comfortable, I had a nice trip. The hotel is situated in the central location on walking distance to the sea.

The accommodation had a central location to the train station which is a 10 minute journey into the centre of Dublin. Further, it was right by Sandymount Strand and promenade, a beautiful leafy suburb and also close to the port if arriving / departing via Ferry.

Spent 2 nights here with my pets, had a really lovely stay overall. The staff was excellent friendly and efficient and the owner too. I had a large bedroom. The location was central, stunning in a residential suburb of Dublin.

Had fantastic stay for one night and the weather was fine. I appreciated the stunning and absolutely gorgeous room, and the lovely view of the garden. The breakfast had lots of food, including great toast and muesli. This hotel was situated in the suburban position. I found Line Out Bar offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Sincerely, it was a memorable stay for six nights. Location - it was marvellous and stunning, a bus station was close to the hotel. Furthermore, the area was fancy.

The location in a really quiet area was marvellous and there where a supermarket and shops nearby. And it was nestled close to a bus station.

Savoury and superb breakfast with a huge variety of options, quirky and clean place. Very nice upscale area, central location short walk to great transport connections into the City, good restaurants, and the sea and the Dart.

Suite with comfortable beds.

The personnel was exceptionally welcoming, and the owner too. Enjoyed our rooms with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was savoury - variety of dishes. The location was excellent to the Sydney Parade DART station.

For our trip the location was fantastic and wonderful, just off Aberdeen Lodge, common areas and restful after the hurly-burly of Dublin. The staff were amazingly efficient and best day and night.

We couldn't recommend more this hotel, spent here fine 3 nights. The staff team was informative, the rooms were gorgeous and perfect and equipped with the bath, garden views, for example. The venue's position was suburban. The restaurant was pleasant, offered fabulous food.

The room was good sized and with a nice view of the garden. The location was lovely and wonderful, near a beach of sorts, restaurants Lovely atmosphere, and Pearse Station, in a very nice upscale area. We could drink something at The Merrion Inn, located 1 km away.

It had very old beds, maybe it was bad luck.

I had outstanding toast and muesli in the morning. The room I stayed in was extremely pleasant with comfy beds. The hotel had indeed a lovely and amazing location to all major tourist sites.

Toast and muesli were better than expected. My hotel room was extremely pleasant with a 4 poster bed and a toddler was running plus coffee. The location was lovely and stunning, close to Sandymount. And it was also right by the picturesque Dublin Bay as well as convenient transport to Dublin.

Service-minded and very efficient staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. Warm and varied breakfast with multiple options to choose from, hot drinks.

Expensive breakfast.

Everything was very comfortable, even so we stayed for 3 nights only. The staff were very attentive and absolutely courteous, gave us great tips. Good restaurant served Italian specialities.

The room was gorgeous when upgraded with kettle, excellent facilities, tea.

Had central location close to public transport. The suite was extremely pleasant with a large window looking onto the backyard and a power shower.

Regarding service, it was terrific with a shuttle to the airport. All the staff was extremely friendly and highly efficient.

The location is magnificent and amazing, in the beautiful residential area of Sandymouth.

Make sure you stay in the suite with garden views.

Wonderful experience there. Pleasant and fairly clean place with efficient staff. Marvellous and brilliant location for our visit to The Faces not too far from the hotel. Also - short walk to the coast and a picturesque quiet suburb. Good services.

Clean and the staff was efficient and knowledgeable. The breakfast had fab choices, including toast and muesli, sadly we didn't have time and didn't try all of it. The facilities were great and easy to use. The location was brilliant and cute in a peaceful area, so close to Ireland.

The breakfasts here were exceptional with juice and syrup, for example. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed.

The best thing is location - very close to downtown and the Aviva Stadium and the train station which is a 10 minute journey into the centre of Dublin. Ballsbridge is a district that deserves exploring...

It's great place for sightseeing and exploring Dublin. The units are fashionable, spotless.

It was a quiet and delightful place to stay with good value. The service was good as we had expected. The location was EASY, not too far from The Faces. There was a nice restaurant, supermarkets and shops next door.

The venue was set in the central position not far from the beach, restaurants, the suburbs.

The venue has magnificent location to the "castle ".

Worth its 4 stars. This hotel was excellent base for exploring Dublin, liked it. We found TV set with satellite channels, ironing facilities and direct dial phone in the double room. Fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from the train station.

Okayu, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Fantastic base for a vacation in Dublin.

Rooms were good sized. Great meals. Location was convenient, 9 miles to Dublin airport, perfectly reachable.
