All members of the staff were especially helpful and very friendly.

The bedroom was decent size and silent. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, whenever I needed help.

The units were a nice size for a normal suitcase.

This hotel was set in a very central area adjacent to bus stop in front and shops pubs. Besides, a huge observation wheel was 3 km away from the venue.

The stay was really great; no reason to complain. In relation to the good price paid, it was original place to stay with good service. I liked the large room and great-sized bathroom.

I had a very comfortable stay here and will be back. Stayed for 3 nights in this nicely decorated and good value place, loved that. The hotel had a very central location away from the LUAS station.

Excellent value property with competent employees at the reception desk. Perfect and nice location in Dublin, adjacent to the Botanic Gardens, the Phibsborough tram station and centre of Dublin. Also, pretty close to Dublin city center which is a plus. Hearty and marvellous breakfast in the café to start the day.

We stayed here for trip, everything was very good and it was in the perfect and amazing location in the cafe downstairs opposite the entrance for the Book of the Kells. The room was recently renovated and decent sized, had functional bathroom.

My room with a normal suitcase, TV, for instance was well-designed, had good night's sleep.

Came with my friend, everything was very good. The staff was competent and excellent, they were always available. The breakfast was hearty and included. Really enjoyed my stay, would come here again.

It was reasonably priced. Appreciated how the decent size queen room with barely enough space to move around was arranged when we arrived. The location in a historic area was good and perfect and there were the main shopping centre and a market nearby.

We walked everywhere, the location was perfect and stunning, in the White Moose cafe. Moreover, it was really close to local transport, the centre the bus service is good and luas tram line.

Everything was simply amazing. Many things to mention - everything was clean, delicious food, pleasant views. Neat rooms and great service - just as we expected. The breakfast was hearty and had a great selection of options. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Grand was fab and easy. The airport was 15 km away.

The location was unbeatable, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was flexible. The restaurant was not very far from the hotel. We appreciated being there and would come here again.

i booked neat room, that was offered with much character, the free standing bathtubs, comfortable beds. the location was magnificent and the staff were flexible. besides, the area was nice quiet, next to the grand.

We got neat and cosy standard room with a tub as an upgrade, nice gesture. Central heating and a TV set worked well.
