Upscale and immaculately clean accommodation with good and unbeatable location close to O'Connell Street, Dundrum town centre and Dublin city centre and far away from the center.

The location is perfect and exceptionally nice, right by the tramway into Dublin as well as rail and bus terminals - couldn't be better. Also, it's only several minutes’ walk to Dublin South Toastmasters.

Reasonably spacious and reasonably clean venue with a good value and lovely friendly staff. Good hot breakfast at 9.25.

Really polite staff, efficient services, and marvellous location short walk to Central Park as well as tram station. Hot breakfast, airy executive king room. Spacious bathroom, and tea-making facilities, a seating area, and free wireless internet.

The breakfast was lovely with Fresh scones and 2 cocktails to arrive, as for instance, the staff was absolutely courteous and attentive. The location was perfect and ideal, so close to the luas stop "central Park ", the restaurant or bar, and Dundrum town centre and Dublin city centre.

We had the deluxe double room and it was a nice size with 3 single beds. Very good services were available.

Outstandingly accommodating staff, pleasant views of Dublin bay, everything is modern. The rooms are recently refurbished, the breakfast is good hot. Very efficient service and the food is fabulous. They offer wake up service and ironing at no cost too.

The hotel has a central location really close to Leopardstown racecourse. The units are new-fashioned, airy with bar, smart TV and a nice view.

the location is handy, to the race course. i have stayed in the deluxe king room with iron/ironing board, a work desk and a flat-screen tv with cable channels.

Its breakfast definitely should have been included.

Its location at a medium distance from Dublin South Suburb was magnificent. There was a pleasant restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

It was worth its 4 stars. Good staff and food, as advertised. Really loved the double bed. There's a great selection of restaurants to choose from, like La Dolce Vita, set within 20 minutes walk or so.
