The venue is clean, with marvellous and brilliant location not far from spacious enough for 2, shops and restaurants, and nearby night clubs and a tram line passing right outside. They offer good breakfast with a slice of lemon and fresh pastries, as for instance in the garden.

The rooms are delightful and beautiful with new towels given daily, table and chairs, even a tooth brush near the sink and the staff are lovely.

Whole place was clean with nice views; marvellous and brilliant location in reality everything has an air of very faded grandeur.

The location in a really quiet area was marvellous. A garden and a park were walking distance to the hotel.

I had an excellent experience here, everything was good, the location was wonderful near the center of many of the nightclubs which are located underneath most of the surrounding hotels, and Sophie's restaurant at the top with great views, superior food, awesome staff. It offered excellent service and brilliant food too.

Incredible base for 5 nights with fantastic staff at the reception desk. Great and brilliant location close to a tram station. Good restaurant not too far from the hotel. A work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV set available in the double room.

Attractive old-fashioned place, it has marvellous and lovely location near to a night club that is open ALL NIGHT until 5am, TCD and Grafton Street and bars that plays music. The units are airy, spotless on the main level.

Every detail of this comfy property was excellent. The rooms with the window to the back, comfortable bed, as example were neat. The staff were very courteous and exceptional all the time. The service offered was friendly. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Its location at a medium distance from Christ Church Cathedral was incredible. The queen room was impressive with the window to the back, the bed was lovely. Thanks to the WELCOMING staff everything was great, including lots of brilliant food.

My perfect and impressive room came with old sash windows as well as juice.

Brilliant accommodation with understanding staff at the reception desk. Marvellous and best possible location so close to Very close to all the shops as well as Dublin, could not be better. Also, on the outskirts of the city centre.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the trams or the night clubs in the area, city centre and night clubs. My property room was bright and luxurious with non-deep sleepers and the heater off.

The location was stunning and fab, a 10-15 minute walk from House. I enjoyed freshly made food.

I recommend this facility to others. All in all, it's appealing place that has competent staff in Friendliness and Service.

The nicest place to stay when traveling to Dublin. Everything was very clean in the room. Kudos to receptionist. The hotel provides nice breakfast.

Attractive and competitive value for money, it is situated in a nice area. Plus, free parking on site.

All main attractions such as kilmainham gaol were right by this hotel. We had a good stay. We totally recommend it with confidence...

The location was great, with Green Nineteen nearby. Best hotel experience. One of our favorite spots trinity college dublin was right by this place. Everything you need, including complimentary parking and a parking lot.
