The breakfast is extensive and substantial with obvious best ingredients, has good food. It boasts convenient and unbeatable location adjacent to beautiful Ballsbridge, which does mean a long walk, taxi or public transportation to the center of Dublin, Intercontinental Dublin, and downtown business/ shopping area.

Its location is great just off restaurant and the city center and all the tourist attractions.

The location was lovely close to enough to Aviva stadium around a mile walk. Also, Saint Saviour Pimlico was not far. Liked our double room.

Fabulously helpful staff, extensive and hot breakfast with obvious best ingredients. Very clean beds, brand-new rooms and luxurious bath. Comfortable location hard to understand why the bar was so shortstaffed given that they were obviously fully booked due to aforementioned concerts, in the very nice area.

The hotel is in a particularly good and lovely location in a nice area where we feel safe walking around in the evening. The units are updated, comfortable quiet with balconies, a very comfortable bed plus lovely large bathroom. The personnel is outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly.

The venue is overall clean, with marvellous location close to a 5 * Intercontinental, restaurants and places and beautiful Ballsbridge. Delicious food including a marvellous and large breakfast with bangers and bacon. Bright room, exceptionally comfortable bed and a comfortable decor.

Large breakfast with lots of options, special and exceptionally clean place. Great and fab location to explore Dublin, exceptional staff from the doorman to the maid. Set near to a really cute restaurant / pub nearby, direct bus link, and the Intercontinental Dublin in the pretty quiet area.

The total stay was VERY VERY GOOD for business trip. The staff there were very knowledgeable and reasonably good. The breakfast was extensive especially bangers and bacon. The location was wonderful and beautiful, to Aviva stadium-around a mile walk, with a magnificent view.

The property is exceptional, it has exceptionally attentive staff from the doorman to the maid. The units are nicely furnished, stocked. Would stay here again, greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Impeccably clean place & professional and well-trained staff that were outstanding with their level of service. Great value room with balconies, the garden at the back, for instance as advertised. Perfectly comfortable and best possible location in Dublin, right by Ireland from Canada, a really cute restaurant / pub, and Dublin.

Our rooms were newly remodelled and air conditioned with great views, a large bathroom, cookies. Very efficient service, although a few employees were not very friendly. The location in a very luxurious area was incredible.

Everything was really good here - brilliantly helpful staff and brand-new rooms. The location was comfortable and perfect there, close to downtown. We enjoyed the Chinese cuisine in the restaurant.

Amazing location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. It was about 20 km from the airport.

The place was nicely appointed and had well-trained and very professional staff that were outstanding with their level of service, really enjoyed the stay. The hotel's location was magnificent, near to a really cute restaurant / pub, the Intercontinental in Hong Kong and Herbert park. Also, it was not far from a multi-purpose stadium.

We had an extensive breakfast with variety-lovely view to the garden, obvious best ingredients plus top quality food included. The location was good and fab, in a nice area of Dublin, in the upscale area. Also, we could easily get to Bessborough Gardens.

All in all, it's gorgeous place that has outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly staff that were outstanding with their level of service.

Particularly good location in Ballsbridge district right by a 5 * Intercontinental at over €100 per day for 4, the city centre of Grafton St, and public transportation to the center of Dublin. Comfortable quiet and fashionable rooms available with views over the garden at the back, balconies, for instance.

Really poor area.

Everything was perfect, so were absolutely fabulous views over the garden at the back and the neighbouring horse menage of the RDS venue. The position of the hotel was great and fab, hard to understand why the bar was so shortstaffed given that they were obviously fully booked due to aforementioned concerts.

The hotel was in a good and lovely location adjacent to the ferry, the waterfront, Trinity College and Grafton Quarter, and the coast. Absolutely superb breakfast with hot dishes and obvious best ingredients, as example, and the staff was outstandingly accommodating.

The room was stocked and brand-new with comfortable beds and a view-view plus the garden. The location of the hotel was magnificent, in a quiet residential area outside the city nucleus.

I booked spotless contemporary room with view booked. The location seemed marvellous close to town centre. The casual restaurant served a wide array of exceptional food.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Dublin. The breakfast was extensive, the staff was consistently courteous, the grounds were reasonably clean. The room was recently renovated with an extremely comfy bed and free Wi-Fi. The casual restaurant was stunning, they served superb food.

Having a mini-bar, an ironing set and an electronic key card in my spotless and fashionable room was really great. The breakfast was substantial, the best I had in Dublin. Throughout the day stuff were superfriendly and consistently courteous. The location was perfect and best possible, within easy walking distance of Sandymount.

It was an elegant building, the rooms were fabulous and luxurious.

Everything was simply perfect. There was a stunning restaurant at a moderate distance from the hotel. We got room with convenient decor and a luxurious bathroom to relax. The staff were both exceptional and efficient.

Everything was second to none in this hotel, including facilities and service. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like baan thai ballsbridge, set within 5 minutes walk or so. The beds were really comfy.

We had a lovely stay. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like The Lobby Lounge that was only 5 minutes' walk away. There was a free Wi Fi. We would recommend as we greatly enjoyed intercontinental dublin.
