It was very close to various attractions, cafes, bars, shopping and sights and the main city sights, great and fantastic location overall. The breakfast was incredible at 08.30 and all the food was great.

The location was very central, close enough to the major attractions, and Dublin. There were unique, spotless rooms with gorgeous Irish breakfast, wooden floors and a big bathroom.

All in all, it's stunningly beautiful place that has customer-oriented and exceptionally helpful staff who unlike the management tried their best to help. There is a savoury and marvellous breakfast for a start. It has perfect, decent setting, not far from the Jameson Distillery, all attractions and shopping and the main shopping areas, pubs and restaurants nearby.

All of the staff was pleasant and very, very nice. We booked a double room, it was bright with convenient design. The breakfast at the hotel was very tasty at 08.30.

The area was not so great.

The venue was great and amazing, I really enjoyed the location not far from city centre, and city views. The hotel was in the very central setting by the tram that passes outside.

The position was marvellous and incredible, near a tram station. Café Cafe Modern Two located 1 km away was a nice surprise. At the restaurant, the breakfast was very tasty and absolutely fantastic at 08.30.

Had relaxing stay on holidays. The location was GREAT - adjacent to all attractions and shopping, travel links and the city centre, tram and airlink bus stop. Also, Dublinia was about 10 minutes walk away. The breakfast was tasty at 08.30, and all the food was great.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with quirky accessories, the bed was lovely. I was offered a fantastic breakfast at 08.30. The location was incredible with a bus stop nearby the accommodation. Moreover, the area was fascinating.

Brilliant, lovely location just off trams and cars having the window open, the city centre and buses and trams. A few steps away from part st Michan's Parish District and other tourist attractions.

The hotel was in a particularly good location very close to tourist areas in Dublin and the main shopping areas, pubs and restaurants nearby. Luckily it was close to Social Fabric Cafe, had pastries there when it was particularly hot outside.

The breakfast was savoury and absolutely fantastic at 08.30, good food. I had decent sized brand-new room with a fan, extra milk plus huge sash windows. The setting was handy and easy, near the Lighthouse cinema with cafes and restaurants close by.

The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. Magnificent location close enough to city centre, and the Lighthouse cinema, it's very central. Plus, the hotel is based a walking distance from Light House Cinema.

I really enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. A hair dryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets were very handy. The location was unbeatable and incredible, for example, Fresh was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

All in all, it was comfortable base for travelling to Dublin. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the city. In addition, the parking was nearby: )

We ate at Phx Bistro, which is only 500 m away, it suited our needs. One of our favourite spots the national museum was near this place.

If you wish to visit teeling distillery, this place is perfect. Breakfast is satisfactory...
