Great and lovely location not far from eateries and a coffee house. Modern and airy unit with good space. Very pleasant staff on my taxi female receptionist, really amazing experience.

The room was lovely sized and offered a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The breakfast was astonishing, such variety, with juice and the cheese, for instance. The location was great, in Dublin pubs!

We stayed here for 2 nights and truly enjoyed the place. We had a comfortable bedroom. The staff was really kind all the time. The hotel had marvellous and decent location right by public transport to city center, close to restaurants, and the city centre. Besides, Staines Moor Country Park was 3 km away from the venue.

The location was good and perfect in the very quiet residential area. The king room was recently renovated, very well taken care of. The staff where outstandingly accommodating and assisted us with private parking. This was our second really nice stay here and we would stay here again.

It is located not far from a college and a temple and that's great. The service is good, includes reasonably priced parking.

Booked the hotel for its amazing location really close to beautiful and historic Dublin, which is excellent and public transport, local shopping and dining. Also, it was the best place to enjoy Vanilla.

Its location in Dublin was beautiful and fantastic, not far from a lovely suburb of Dublin alongside a tree lined avenue, and the city centre and the UCD.

The continental breakfast had a good selection. The location in a nice enough area was marvellous and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. Went to Mccloskeys for drink or two, set within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Overall it was a such great stay for good value. Fine and charming staff was available all the time. This accommodation was in the central location to Dublin city centre on bus or 20 minute walk.

Came in Dublin to relax and have fun, this small hotel was enjoyable base for doing it. It was not far from beautiful as well as Herbert Park, marvellous location overall.

The location was historic, minutes from Vanilla. We had the small room provided with a double bed and microwave plus fridge. The staff were accommodating and pleasant.

Our small single room accommodated us perfectly. Fine base for visiting grocery shop and shops close enough to the hotel. Apart from that, grafton street was 5 minutes' drive away. We would not hesitate to return there, no complaints...

It's lovely place for visiting some must see attractions in Dublin. Great room amenities like an iron, TV and a writing table. This hotel met needs!

Hotel staff was helpful and assisted with private parking. For dinner we visited Avalon Restaurant, set only 600 m away;))

ballsbridge and many other tourist places were so close to the hotel. a private kitchen was included. in the morning there was continental breakfast.
