Quiet, good budget property. Nice bed, super comfortable bathroom and central heating and TV in the room. Wonderful location just next door to pubs around, the bus stop to city centre and central Dublin, could not be better. Just perfect stay, as always.

The setting is amazing and wonderful, very close to restaurant/ supermarket, city centre, and shop, pubs around. Rathmines district is absolutely worth visiting.

The location wonderful and fantastic within walking distance of several very nice restaurants. Also - near the garden on the driveway and downtown where the tours left from. A nice size room, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the room.

I got spacious and airy room with central heating and TV. The breakfast was lovely and all the personnel were courteous. The location was marvellous and beautiful close to the center and the atmosphere was family.

The location is particularly good and stunning, pretty close to downtown. Visit Bake & Cake for some desserts, especially when it's cold outside, my personal advice.

It was surely a very relaxing stay for 1 night. The staff were amiable and amicable. The hotel has particularly good location short walk to peaceful area as well as shops. Also, it was 15 mins drive from Staines Moor Country Park.

Sincerely, it was a great stay for 1 night. The hotel has great location right by downtown where the tours left from, a nice garden in the back yard and the bus stop to city centre. The kind and nice staff truly made me feel welcome.

Definitely, there was breakfast missing.

The stay here was nice for 1 night. I liked the room in the upstairs bedrooms, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Coffee and tea was a bonus.

The hotel was in a quiet position short walk to Rathmines, Rathgar & Terenure and the River Dodder, the airport and car parking and garden out front. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

The room was immaculately clean and huge with a shared bathroom as well as a microwave, could leave my car onsite.

The bed was a bit hard, that's sad thing.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met what was needed. I had huge and bright room in the upstairs bedrooms. It had perfect and nice location near Heraldic Museum.

The location in a nice safe area was stunning. It took me 20 mins to get to the bus station. I enjoyed the room in the showers. It was bright and huge too.

The venue was wonderful old and newly decorated, I enjoyed the stay and the location was marvellous short walk to the River Dodder and restaurants and city centre. The breakfast had a wide array of options, including coffee and tea. Airy rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, bathroom was clean. Every staff member was supper friendly and courteous.

Had VERY RELAXING stay for 1 night. Coffee and tea were a nice touch. Our room was beautiful and huge, offered with complementary tea, a microwave, as for instance. Particularly good location, the free parking was available. We stopped by Mayfield Deli & Eatery for coffee and treats, it was relatively close to the hotel.

The staff were a bit lazy, didn't expect that coming.

I have stayed here before, it's still a newly renovated and quiet hotel. All in all, it was holiday base for travelling to Dublin.

The location is unbeatable, 3 km from a national cathedral. It's in a nice building in the good area.

this hotel was perfect place for exploring dublin, appreciated it. the room is well priced. by the way, parking fee - for eur 5 per day. worth its 2 stars.

All employees were friendly. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Mehek, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Just a walk down to the restaurant Mehek. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. The hotel was very close to Pearse train station
