Accommodation was big size and top-class with incredibly attentive staff who understand good customer service. We had a freshly prepared breakfast with the amount paid.

The room was contemporary and beautifully maintained, complete with exceptional bedding and a spacious bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and amicable and solved our problems immediately. Good hot breakfast and other services were very efficient. Marvellous and beautiful location in the burgeoning dock lands area, all was perfect.

The location was marvellous, in newer building area, convenient to go everywhere.

The location it offers is wonderful, close enough to easily accessible, the spectacular roof top bar / restaurant and buzzing business district populated by companies like Google. Also, Liverpool Central Library is just around the corner.

Ideal place with great-sized and top-notch rooms. Good hot continental breakfast for my grandson of pasta. Fantastic friendly staff in particular the lovely porter who helped me with valet parking for my rental car, fab setting.

Had brilliant stay for one night. The room itself was spacious well appointed and top-notch with the most comfortable bed and a shower provided.

Everything was excellent, yet a few employees were rather noisy. I got a neat room with marble bathroom. The location was great and lovely, to everything Dublin has to offer with easy access to a shopping area and supermarkets. The continental breakfast was plentiful and sumptuous. The friendly service and the attention to detail! The spa lounge that was available too.

The property is chic, it has extremely friendly staff especially at reception desk. It has great location to see Dublin Convention Center.

I must comment on its central location - it was perfect. The room is nicely furnished and top-notch, the staff are responsive people from the porter to the receptionist.

The location for Dublin was marvellous, just next door to many resturants and food stores, and Dublin for the weekend with a friend to celebrate a birthday and see a show at the Bord Gais Theatre. Moreover, I could reach Grand Canal Theater by walking. I was here for 2 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for lunch.

There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was very efficient. The restaurant was good which did delicious pastries and coffee-a good back- up if you missed the hotel breakfast, I tried mouth-watering dishes. It had very central location close to a modern square.

I had wonderful days staying at this brand-new hotel. It was fairly clean, staff was extremely friendly. The venue was set in the very central position next to the new bridge over the Liffey to The Marker, and the restaurants and cocktails. Furthermore, Design Tower was nearby. I was there for 2 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for breakfast.

Great setting in the very bright area, close enough to the restaurants and cocktails to die for as well as the park outside the window. Again, walking distance to Dublin Convention Center. Continental breakfast with a wide range of outstanding meals to choose from.

the location in a beautiful area was incredible and there where shops and the main shopping centre nearby. my room was airy with fabulously comfortable bed, a wonderful view plus modern furniture, and the check-out was late. the breakfast was sumptuous, the check in was friendly.

Worth its 5 stars. We liked the hotel, its excellent staff and food. Venue's valet helped us a lot! Only 15 min walk to downtown.
