Amazing and very very good breakfast, best ever had, with toast. The staff were extremely friendly and offered guidance. Central location was a plus.

Exceptionally comfortable low cost place, it has prime location close enough to railway station and free national museum and Phoenix Park, Guiness Storehouse. The staff is genuinely helpful, as well as host.

I had really nice days staying at this trendy boutique hotel. Loved my 2 nights stay. The location was central, unbeatable very close to Heuston train station. Moreover, it was just off the main tram line and the town centre. The breakfast was marvellous with a wide range of meals.

Well-equipped room and a kitchenette and cable TV inside. Breakfast with toast. Location just off bus station, the Phoenix Park and parks and tram/bus stations.

The staff were pleasant and amazingly nice and the location was stunning in kitchenette sink area.

It was in a central setting right beside a Luas stop. The breakfast offered was amazing with toast, couldn't have asked for more.

The room was fairly quiet and compact, we would like to stay here on the next trip. Lovely place with nice staff, everything was great. The breakfast with toast was amazing and very good, had so much to choose from. This location was great and awesome, next to the town centre, the Heuston Train station, and beautiful park close by.

Stayed for 2 nights and was impressed by this low cost hotel. The great staff gave us a stunning room after a long flight. The setting was great, not far from the main train station and transportation center as well as the city centre and all transport links. We could also easily get to Collins Barracks.

The stay here was really great for one or two night. The breakfast was very very good with toast, really enjoyed what was offered. The location was marvellous and the staff members were welcoming.

Had compact new-fashioned room with comfortable bed. The staff was more than adequate, excellent. The location offered was prime and best possible close to the city center.

I would say it's nice place for staying and exploring Dublin. The staff are incredibly nice, the location is excellent. Moreover, take a look at Guinness Storehouse, set at a walking distance from the venue. Thanks to the train station located very close to the hotel, you can travel all around Dublin.

Exceptionally comfortable and little place to stay for 4 days. Location - good and excellent close to the Guinness factory and an excellent free museum, city centre and the Saint James church.

The breakfasts are marvellous and satisfactory with a huge variety of options. Will be back, really enjoyed its great location.

Overall it was nicely decorated and new-fashioned, with an own bathroom. Liked to be near to the train station🙂

We had a pretty nice bedroom. The staff were all very friendly, superfriendly. The hotel's position was magnificent and fantastic close to bars and restaurants.

Its location was stunning, just next door to Dublin itself, and a beautiful statue in the fountain from the window. The staff were more than adequate and helpful!

Truly enjoyed every detail about my really really nice 4 nights stay here. I had a well-equipped and tastefully decorated room with also paper cups, a puffy bed, coffee. The personnel was more than adequate, and the host too.

I had very comfortable 1-night stay here! The staff was incredibly nice, outstandingly accommodating all the time. The room I booked was silent and well decorated with a puffy bed, also paper cups and the bedroom. Its magnificent, central location was a plus. Set very close to the train station, which helped to explore Dublin.

Booked a standard double room with bathroom. The staff were all helpful and excellent. The breakfasts here were marvellous with toast.

The rooms were comfy, especially those with the bedroom, a bunk bed, lovely clean duvets. Its location was awesome close to public transport.

The morning breakfast was amazing with toast. Central location just next door to Phoenix park, Heuston Station and Ireland National History Museum, Houston train station and Luas and tram stops, it was in a tranquil area.

great value, everything was great and the staff was more than adequate. had well-equipped and beautifully decorated room with tea/coffee and an excellent bathroom plus soap, and protected with smoke detectors. the decor was nice. fantastic central location close to phoenix park, guiness storehouse, temple bar and the main tram line. we had an absolutely amazing stay at this trendy boutique hotel.

The location was great, near the attractions with easy access to supermarkets and shops. The staff was amiable providing assistance.

We have spent 4 days in standard double room with a pretty view.

All in all, it was welcome base for travelling to Dublin. The staff were really kind and knew their area. The room was absolutely stunning and with a double bed, bathroom, for instance. I didn't want to say goodbye, spent decent time and do recommend.

The location was peaceful, within easy walking distance of Fresh. The whole staff was welcoming.

Everything was great overall. Overall it was welcoming with bathroom. Location: the hotel was not far from the airport, the Luas tram into town and Phoenix park and Dublin.

We only slept at the standard queen room with bathroom, but loved it. The hotel staff was welcoming and amicable, not annoying.

The food was decent and the staff were affable and more than adequate. Liked the price of our small double room and its essentials. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and best possible - relatively near Guinness Storehouse. The area was relatively quiet not far from the airport, city centre and Temple Bar and a tram or the airport bus.
